Choose where you originally subscribed. Web subscriptions are managed securely by Stripe; App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple.

Purchased on the web

Enter the same email address you used at checkout. Stripe will email you a secure sign-in link where you can update payment details, view invoices, or cancel at the end of your billing period.

Open your Apple subscription settings to view, change, or cancel Cadence Pro. Cadence cannot directly change an App Store subscription.

Open Apple subscriptions

Cancellation timing: Cancel before your next renewal or before an annual trial ends to avoid the next charge. Access normally continues through the current paid period. If you cannot find your subscription, email cadencerunningsupport@gmail.com.
