Get up and run.
Then win the day.

Every morning you follow through, you get closer to the person you already know you can be. Cadence locks the apps that eat your day until you have earned them back.

The hard part was never the running. It was getting yourself to start.
How it works

Three steps between you and the day you meant to have.

You do not have to be disciplined yet. You have to be willing to take the choice out of your own hands for ten minutes.

FAQ

The honest answers

I am not a runner. Is this still for me? +

Especially. Cadence is built for the person who has restarted four times. Your first qualifying run can be short and slow — the point is that it happens at all.

What happens if I genuinely cannot go? +

You get emergency passes for the days life actually gets in the way. They are limited on purpose, so the exception stays an exception.

Which apps get locked? +

The ones you choose. Most people pick the feeds they lose an hour to. Calls, messages and anything you need in an emergency are never touched.

Why running, if this is about discipline? +

Because a run is the rare promise a phone can verify. You cannot fake it, negotiate it, or half-do it — which makes it the cleanest way to prove to yourself that you follow through.

What does it cost? +

Everything is free for three days. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged.
